College Testing & Accommodations

I conduct a psycho-educational evaluation to identify learning disabilities. Once a disability is identified, I am able to use the language of the law to request college accommodations, such as class waivers, extra time for tests and assignments etc. I offer a 50% discount to college students.

Common examples of the need for this testing include:

  • Struggling to finish tests on time

  • Anxiety due to time constraints on tests, projects, and/or assignments

  • Struggling to pass mandatory, yet unnecessary, math courses

  • Difficulty completing assignments

  • Struggling to keep up with note taking

  • Struggling with the speed, rigor or pace of a class

  • Processing deficits

  • Needing additional time, due to English being a secondary language

“As of today I have been exempt from math class at my college! Thank you for everything! If it wasn’t for your help — meeting me in the area that I live and working out a payment plan with me — I wouldn’t have been able to go further in college. You lifted a lifelong burden off of my shoulders and because of that you are an answered prayer! So thank you for truly caring!”
-Heather G., Palm Beach State College

“I would like to thank Ms. Mallia for helping me to get extended time and easing my transition from community college to university. Since my evaluation with her, I was accepted to a masters of Physician Assistant studies. Her services and knowledge have exceeded my expectations, and I am truly blessed to have found her and worked with her. She has made a huge impact on my life!”
-Adam A., FAU

“During my intellectual evaluation, I was very nervous, but Ms. Mallia made me feel very comfortable, which helped me to answer the questions with all my focus and knowledge. I now have access to teacher PowerPoint notes and extra time in all my classes!”
-Shade W., Nova Southeastern University

“My daughter originally got a 1270 on her SAT. Because of you, she was given testing accommodations, was able to relax and scored a 1470! She will now be able to go to her choice college. I am grateful to you.”
